JOB TITLE: Food Service Sales Representative
REPORTS TO: Chief Operating Officer
STATUS: Full Time, Exempt [Possible Contract Position]
To serve as the primary sales representative who specializes in broadline foodservice distribution offerings. Functions as the principle and/or secondary liaison for new member communications.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understands and promotes the mission, policies, and procedures of Pandion Optimization Alliance.
Identifies, initiates contact, sells, and closes all Food Service contract opportunities for Pandion Regional membership to prospective new members in any region.
Reviews all potential new opportunities with the Chief Operating Officer.
Creates and maintains a new CRM file for each prospect.
Develops and maintains strong customer relationships and customer satisfaction with current book of business.
Grow all COT market based on strategic goals and key performance indicators assigned.
Grow company’s Food Service contract as outlined in strategic goals and key performance indicators assigned.
Develop and execute world class lead generation strategies with approval from the Chief Operating Officer.
Work with marketing to assist in sales strategy efforts for the markets served.
Compile and review quantitative sales data and react rapidly to changing trends and competitive threats.
Provide detailed sales forecasting.
Keeps abreast of trends and potential opportunities to return additional value and cost savings to customers.
Monitor competitive landscape market activity and provide feedback to executive team.
Performs other duties as assigned.
