Position Overview:
In this strategic leadership role, you will oversee dining services across multiple large retirement communities, providing direction and support to ensure exceptional culinary experiences. With the flexibility to work remotely, you will have the opportunity to impact lives across the region without being tied to a specific location.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement dining strategies that align with organizational goals and create a cohesive dining experience across all communities.
- Lead and mentor regional dining directors, chefs, and staff to ensure the highest standards of quality, creativity, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to set budgets, forecast trends, and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Engage with residents and families to ensure satisfaction and gather insights to continuously elevate the dining experience.
- Oversee vendor relationships, negotiations, and contract management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience in food and beverage, with a focus on retirement communities, healthcare, or related industries.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead remote teams and manage complex, multi-site operations.
- Strong commitment to innovation, quality, and resident satisfaction.
