Job Specific Duties
This key leadership position is directly responsible for the successful operation of food services in a fine dining setting that operates similarly to a country club.

Will help ensure client and customer service satisfaction with efficient, cost-effective management meeting and exceeding expectations.
Responsible for all food service-related activities including quality improvement, sanitation, infection control, and all location-related activities, such as catered events.
Delivers expertise in training staff and supervisory, leadership, management, and coaching skills.
Strong knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
Ability to communicate on various levels including management, client, customer, and associate levels.
Will have a strong Executive Chef background and experience working in a scratch kitchen (similar to a fine dining or Country Club setting).
Optimize inventory levels, minimize waste, and manage inventory turnover to maintain cost-effective operations.
What you will need
B.S. Degree in Food Services Technology/Management or related field; or A.A. Degree plus four (4) years of directly related experience, preferred.
Minimum of five (5) years of fine dining or Country Club restaurant experience is highly desired.
Five (5) to seven (7) years of direct food service operations management experience with inventory and purchasing knowledge.
ServSafe® Certification and State Food Handlers Card
Successful candidates must meet eligibility criteria, including the ability to undergo and successfully complete a criminal background check and drug screen in accordance with applicable State laws and regulations.
Ability to provide documents for work authorization. We utilize E-Verify, an online system that allows us to confirm the eligibility of our employees to work in the United States.
